Friday, Feb 17th 7pm – 9pm Xtreme Trampolines! - $17 – Jr High Students are spending Friday night at Xtreme Trampolines. We will leave at 7pm from the Mission Students Lodge at 304 E. Pine Street, Roselle, IL 60172. Transportation will be provided to and from Xtreme Trampolines and we will be returning at the Mission Students Lodge at 9pm.
Please fill out BOTH waivers below. The first is for Mission Church and the second is for Xtreme Trampoline’s records. We will need to bring both in order to participate. Please bring the Waivers to a Youth Group on Wednesday’s or tell us you will be coming and bring them with you on Friday! (We need a count of who’s coming by Wednesday, February 15th)
